Since Rob's passing in 2016 a group of us gather every year for a memorial walk.

This year the talk turned to his obituary in the Canadian Motorcycle Guide, and I was saddened to learn that the CMG is no longer online and so neither was this obituary.

Happily we have been able to find the words and pictures, and it is reproduced here.

Terry Pratchett said, in "Going Postal":

“Do you not know that a man is not dead while his name is still spoken?”

...and by that measure Rob will be with us for a good while yet.
